Before Shipping:

• You can cancel your order for this product before it ships at no additional charge. Please email us at care@stellalara.com, and one of our dedicated representatives will contact you within 72 hours.

After Shipping:

• If your order for this product has already shipped, you can still cancel it, but you will incur shipping and return fees.
• The item must be shipped back within 30 days.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Special Orders:

• Large-quantity customized orders, discounted sale products, special orders, contract design items, as-is products, and floor models are final sales and cannot be canceled or returned.

Return Period:

• You can return this product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• All discounted sale products, special order items, contract design items, as-is items, and floor model products are final sales.

Fees:

• For items offered with free shipping, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund. 
• Items that have been assembled and installed in your home are subject to return shipment fees and repackaging/restocking fees starting at 15% of your total purchase if you do not have the original packaging.
